It’s a good quality oven that performs well. I’ve had four over the years and I’m very satisfied. Furthermore, when one of my 6 month old ovens stopped working. Breville took it back and replaced it free including all shipping via UPS. Very impressed with quality and customer service.

So far (a few months) the best toaster oven I’ve had, and I’ve had many. Performance, looks, and ease of controls are all five star. The only bother is the LOUD beeps that don’t seem adjustable in any way. Not quite enough to go 4 stars but almost, for those who like a quieter kitchen.

This is my fourth and final oven- same brand/model. I bought the first one in 2018. It came highly rated and I have several friends who rave about it. I love the size and convenience and it bakes everything beautifully. However, I have had to replace them. The first time, I replaced it because it starting making a loud buzzing electrical noise that did not sound good. The following two returns were because the convection fan became quite loud. The door on the third model also developed a bad squeak. If this one fails like the others, I will shop for a different brand. It's too bad because I expected to have this for many, many years.
Thankfully, customer service has been wonderful to work with. They paid the shipping to/from each time and I did get a new replacement each time. I appreciate a company that stands behind their warranty and treat their customers well.

Love it so much, when the old when died I immediately bought a replacement. No point in even considering the competition. It was by far the most used appliance in the house.
Living in Texas, not much sense in heating up the kitchen to bake or cook. This oven does it all.
