Excellent Product

I don't normally write reviews because I don't find many products that I really think are worth writing about. But, I have really enjoyed this Blu-Ray player. It is my first Blu-ray player granted, but it plays the Blu-rays perfectly and regular Dvd's look better than before. I absolutely love the NetFlix movie streaming and now they have added Blockbuster to the mix as well. The NetFlix selection is incredible! And, the quality that comes through this WiFi BluRay DVD player is incredible. You can't ask for more performance from an electronic device. I have had no negative issues with this Blu-ray player at all other than sometimes the firmware is a little slow updating (but what do you expect when your getting so much back out of it in return). If you are a Netflix member (or plan to become one) this just might be the player for you (or a similar Samsung model). If not, it is a high quality Blu-Ray player just the same.
Pros: streaming video, blu-ray dvd player

Samsung Blu-Ray.. What a Steal

Some people have complained about the front door flipping down. The tray auto opens it and I do not find it an inconvienience in any way.
What's great about it: Great Blu-Ray player for the money. Wonderful features,(2.0 compliant, Netflix streaming, Upconverts dvd's to 1080p)Easy to navigate, a breeze to setup and install with HDMI, a must have for any home.
What's not so great: None

I have had this product for 4 months now and could not be happier. Only drawback is that you need the Link Stick if looking to go wireless for streaming or downloading. Awesome pictures wether downloading or playing blue-ray disc. Pandora is the one of the best features.

Great Product

This Blu-Ray Player is great. I bought one for me and then my dad bought one for himself. The product is great and has no flaws. The player is fast to load and simple to hook up and use. Great price also would reccomend this product for anyone.

Great, but not complete

Samsung should lead the industry and package this with an HDMI cable. I mean, come on.
What's great about it: The player delivers a beautiful picture, and a number of new BD 2.0 features.
What's not so great: Nowhere does it say in the Dell ad that you need to buy the Samsung Link Stick at $79, or run an Ethernet cable from your network, to get Netflix streaming, or Pandora. I resent the lock-in, because a USB Wi-Fi adapter is usually half that.

Great Product

Item as described and was a good fit with my new Samsung HDTV. The Netflix works great as long as you have it hooked to the net. I used a sling link to get it hooked up to the home network. This is my first blue-ray and HDTV but I'm hooked. Also this is the first time I've purchased Samsung (TV and blue-ray) but I’m impressed with the quality of the product. Before this I have always purchased all Sony products. At this point I am happy with the product and if it holds up like my Sony stuff then I will purchase more Samsung products in the future. It was easy to install to the Samsung TV and virtually did everything by itself.
Pros: home

Seems good, but a few annoying things...

Mine had to be returned because the player was broken, but Dell was very good about the return. The player itself seems good, but I hate the fact that the television turns on when the player turns on. I have a Vizio television, and it is a real problem to try to not get the blu-ray player to turn on when I don't want to use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

could not be better

I got this player for the holiday season and I could not be happier, is easy to use, produce an outstanding reproduction of the blue ray disc and if that was not enough you are able to get pandora radio, netflix or blockbusters online ... Im loving in it !!!
