I had an iPhone 5 prior to purchasing the Note 4. Much of the Contact information did not transfer from the iCloud to the Note 4 in a uniform format. The transfer app downloaded unwarranted email addresses that I had to delete from the Contact list. I had to modify over 1,000 contacts to either delete unnecessary email addresses or to modify the format of the Contact so it would appear in the correct alphabetical order. I do not appear to get the same Wi-Fi strength as the iPhone 5, therefore, I have to turn on the data Mobile Data setting, which charges for cellular network usage.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The note 4 is not as reliable as the note 3. It has the same features as the3 . I have had my note4 for about a month. It freezes quite a bit, way too much. I have lost count how many times a day it freezes . The camera won't zoom in and i seem to need to restart it often. DON'T get the note 4 get the note 3.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations, expensive
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This phone met at all my expectations. great camera, very good audio, streaming video looked good. Most of all I used my stylus quite a bit on the go and it served me well working with certain apps. Unfortunately the phone started acting up in Sept 2016. Battery was draining fast, phone started shutting off on its own. I did all that I could do to freed up memory space, running current updates, do factory resets, etc. Even purchased a brand new battery. Within a week of having the new battery my phone simply stopped working. No charge and no power. This phone was dead and I purchased it brand new almost 2 years ago in Dec 2014, not working as of Oct 2016. I had an old Galaxy Note 2 which I turned back on for cell service until my recent purchase of the Galaxy s7. Really miss my note though :-(
Pros: Realistic color, Durable, Built-in speakers
Cons: Not high def

I have had my phone (Note 4) for about a week, and it is my first smartphone, so I have a lot to learn. So far all is fine. Still have a lot that I do not know how to do.
