Let me say overall I like the phone. My only bad experience has been with the LTE/Spark service on Sprint where I'm using the phone. It will not hold an LTE/Spark signal. Once it drops to 3g, you'll have to reboot the phone to be back on LTE. Not sure why, have been back to the Sprint store, tried resets, even exchanged the phone for a new one, and it's still not working. Hard to beleive that I got 2 in a bad batch, so I'm going to have to chalk it up to a problem between Sprint's Network and Samsung's Radios. I've had the phone now for 2 weeks, and still not resolved. When it is, I'll update the review and score, but until then I have to live on 3G or WiFI. Certainly not worth the phone or monthly costs right now.
Your Carrier may vary. Suggest you do a search for Note 4 LTE issues Sprint or for your carrier. None of the reviews talked about this, and until I searched for the issues I didn't know about them. Wish I would have. I might have gone a different route, maybe not.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor sprint lte service

you have 1000 bells and whistles and you can run it better and faster with a 64 bit you can't run them with a 32 bit its so slow and will drain your battery.,
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I switched from the iPhone to the samsung note4 and I'm not satisfied. The phone doesn't work properly. I'm legally blind and have to use the talkback app and you are supposed to have to double tap everything to select it, but my phone just selects anything because my finger touches the screen. Now I've had my phone for about a month and a half, bought it with an otter box cover to protect it and I have dropped on a carpeted floor and the screen has shattered. To me that is poor quality. I had the iPhone for 3 years and had the same otter box case on it and dropped it several times and never even cracked the screen. I'm completely dissatisfied with this new samsung phone... I will never buy this low quality phone again
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dropped Phone 1 time.. Screen went black and won't work.

Overall, I love this phone.
My complaint is that my 6 year old had it and dropped it [2 month old phone] from about 18inches on a hardwood floor. The screen will not come back on. The phone will power up, but no display. There are no cracks and no damage. The phone was in an Otter Box Commuter series case. Landed flat on it's back.. which one would think is the most survivable position that a phone could land and still work.
Needless to say, I am very disappointed due to I watched durability test by Samsung on the phone, an it did not live up to these test. This was the first drop of this phone and it did not survive. My Iphones always survived these type of drops. Needless to say. It looks like I will be out a lot of money to get this repaired.
