Half Screen is frozen after a month of use

Switched from an iPhone 4S and regret every day. After a month with the phone the right half of the screen just froze. Sprint will not help after 14 days, so now I'm going to the Samsung repair store.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my first smart phone because I'm a anti...but overall it serves it's purpose. I hate where the buttons are on the side other than that it's ok.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: power button location, volume button location
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent piece of hardware marred by restrictive software policies

The good:
Excellent piece of hardware. Screen, processor speed, camera quality, battery and nice touch and feel.
The bad:
Expensive
Loaded with bloatware / spyware, poor support, no 3rd party app support
Use Samsung system apps or go home mentality
Who do they think they are? Apple?

To be Note 4 or is it Note 3B - DOWNGRADED USB

Why upgrade to Note 4?
I understand the cameras are a bit improved...
I understand the screen is much sharper....
Ok....Im not a photographer.
Transfer speed went from USB3 back down to USB2....that does affect me.
I transfer files sometimes from it and back up my device weekly...even though there are cloud solutions....If I need to replace the phone, I can restare from local backup in minutes compared that with hours downloading.
With all the improvements to other things ( the processor, battery....) why could they note have kept USB3

Great Screen but awfully sensitive to bumping

The first thing you notice is the awesome screen and deep rich colors on what I consider a perfect size to ditch my tablet. The next thing you notice is the incredible amount of bloatware contained on the device from Samsung & AT&T. In 3 weeks of use I've had an issue with the blue tooth which required resetting by pulling the battery for a minute. The screen also seems to jump around from display to display when jostled or bumped and I haven't quite figured that one out yet. I'm coming from an iphone so I have a learning curve with Android. Overall I'm cautiously optimistic that I made a good purchase but the jury is still out. Oh, the camera is awesome as well.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, fits nicely in my back pocket, great camera
Cons: shifts between screen displays when it's bumped, very expensive, bloatware galore!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

note 2 is better

I had the note 2 and I would rate that 1 all 5 stars. The note 4 they changed the background color to white which reflects in your eyes worse at night time. They also took away the voice messaging, the note 2 would read out the complete message to you. They also took away when someone calls you that is not in your contacts, the 2 would at least read out the phone number. When someone is not in your favorites list it will not read out loud anything but the ring tone. Very disappointed in the note 4 compared to the note 2.. Also the speaker in the note 4 sounds very tinny

Cons: Did not meet expectations, speaker not very good
