Let me begin by saying I'm a long time Note user. I've had the original Phablet and was hooked, but after having my Note 4 for a little less than a week; I just want to let other Note 3 users know that this one is not ready for the public. While there have been several improvements over its predecessor i.e the screen quality and storage capacity, the interface is HORRIBLE. Gone is the menu option, replaced by 'running app' ala Apple, and the video and music players are sorely need the menu options as does several apps. The video player lacks a recently played feature and the music player lacks the old 'edit' feature too. If anyone is seriously considering getting a Note 4, I'd say 1) if you are a Note 3 user you may be disappointed, Unless you are comfortable with Galaxy S 5 interface. 2) A lot of your previous apps may not work on the 4.4.4 version. While I commend Samsung for given us a VERY nice screen with lots of options, removing the menu feature was a bit far reaching for this endeavor. Finally; if your a Note 3 user you'll be saddened to know that Samsung has went back to the single USB 2.0 connection vice the USB 3.0 sata connection. while that means that there are now many generic plugs that'll work the transfer and recharging times have increased despite the advertisements that suggest otherwise. The proof of this is when charging both my Galaxy Notes via a Samsung plug and issued cable; my Note 3 charged to 100 percent in almost half the time. In conclusion I hate to admit but unless Android version 5.0 improves these flaws, Samsung may have just lost a long time user.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, menu interface, installed apps, return to single usb port

Hi! I think it may have to do with Android not Samsung phone itself. My galaxynote 4 can't play certain video files that my galaxy note 2 or galaxy tab can play. and that's very annoying thing because playing video file on long flight is very important feature to consider. I know there is other player can play video file without any issues, but i like to play video player comes with android OS. Anyway, I am very disappointed to find out that not all my video files can be played by note 4 and hope this can be fixed soon.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: video player issue
I would recommend this to a friend!

There is a lot of what I and I know many others that use programs that require adobe flash player. If this and my current Note 3 had it, I wouldn't need any other device.
Because the cell did not recognize my finger print and Verizon giving many different codes, I could not sign in after 10 times, so Verizon shut down my cell, lost ALL OF MY DATA!
I purchased my cell on November 28, 2014. While downloading data, some how Verizon machine malfunction and lost ALL OF CONTACTS! This was December 11, 2014. It wasn even 2 weeks and data lost!
