The best phone ever!

Me and My Husband purchased this phone and we are both in the military. It has everything we need plus more. It is by far the best phone ever made. My son even has the IPhone 6s plus and there is no difference. I love this phone.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Inexpensive, Lightweight, Built-in speakers
Cons: Too big

Battery problems

I received my third Note 4 about 1 week ago. As with the second one it was reconditioned. The original problem still exists, which is that the phone shuts off for no reason even though the display shows 40% battery left. When I plug it in to charge, it shows the charglng symbol then it increases to whatever % was on the phone when it shut off. After restarting the phone, it does the same in about 2 minutes. This is with a new battery. Now I am going back to Verizon to see what they can do this time. Other people and support staff at Verizon have told me that they have had problems wit this phone. Hopefully, I can get some satisfaction from Verizon.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, good camera
Cons: Poor quality, battery charging function., samsung not standing behind phone
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this phone was trading up to note7 but since it was recalled came back
Pros: Realistic color, big screen
Cons: needs an update for samsung pay
