So I consider myself a bit of a tech geek, which is why I started looking into the Note 4 when I was already using the Note 3. I was trying to get away from the habit of upgrading so quickly, figuring the differences would be so minor it wouldn't be worth it. Well, I finally talked myself into upgrading and I am so happy I did. There are so many features that are new to the Note 4 that I've already learned to love, including multitasking, and so many apps you can run while on a call (hello camera!), not to mention the upgraded front and rear cameras, which are noticeably better. In just one year, Samsung has done it again and won my heart. I'm so happy I left my Note 3 in the past and won't ever be looking back; my Note 4 is everything I dreamed it would be, AND more!
It is difficult to judge the Note 4 as an iPhone user without Android experience. I can see all around great features but what I would like to see is how it integrates into the other's world e.g. apple TV, share, FaceTime (call them different names but can interface via air interface, etc..
I love the camera functions, Spit screen functionality, and many of the original apps.
The body of the camera is also quite nice.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

this is my first galaxy note series and i'm feel very happy . since that i'm a owner of two restaurant and i constantly needs to take notes (orders supply, customers, phones, addresses, etc) the S Pen help me a lot. that;s one of my favorite feature, the S Pen.
I never been use the Touchwiz UI, alway pure android stock rom. i hear a lot of good and bad things about this UI. In my opinion the touchwiz for the GN 4 wasn't that bad. Just need to get use to it and with the powerful hardware that the GN 4 has should be no problem in performance.
Another thing that i like compare to IOS. is the customization of OS.
Camera is very good, front and rear.
Battery life is good, for moderate use can last almost day and half with single charge.
There's a plenty of cool features that i still can't finish to learn and play. That;s make me happy since that usually when i a get a new phone in couples i finish to use and learn all about it.
Another function that is cool and i don;t see it in too many phones today is the Infrared (IR) you can control you TV and other Media Boxes.
Nice Job Samsung
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color

Been using every single Note series, so far this is the best and the beast. Only one issue that ATT put too much bloats wares on the phone. No way to remove them for now. I hope the next Note 5 will have ~ 3800mAh - 4000mAh battery. Overall, yes I'm going to buy Note 5 when it comes out.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color

I upgraded from a note 2 that I had for 2 years. That was the best phone I have ever had and couldn't wait to upgrade to the note 4. I am so happy I did!!
I previously owned the Note 3 which I thought was amazing, but the Note 4 blows it away in terms of performance and quality of display. It is lightening fast and seems capable of doing anything; I feel like I could fly a squadron of F35s. Very amazing device.
I had S3 before purchasing Note 4. Comparison: Pro: - Pen is a big plus if you used to do some small art effects with your photos etc. You can make notes as well as some sort of notebook even though the size is not big enough to consider it as a note book. - Camera is nice but not a big plus. - Finger print log in also saves you some time. Con: - From day one my phone's GPS had problem of "signal lost". This is really not something you expect from android product. I contacted Samsung services and they couldn't fix it online. They don't have onsite services. I have sent my phone to Samsung services. I don't know what will be the results yet. But this is really frustrating. - From day one once I had long conversation the phone went mute at some point. - Check for the size of the phone before making your final decision.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the features of my note 4 and is incredibly fast.
However, this microphone defect is killing me. I'm on my third one. (Talk on the phone and no one can hear a thing)
I did not pay 400 bucks for a phone with such a serious design flaw.
If I'm not upgraded to the note 4 edge or note 5 when this one goes, I will be switching manufacturers
