Planned obsolescence

After almost 3 years of use and care the phone has been crashing and freezing up, showing mmc_read failed. If you search around there are many people who seem to be having the same error and it all started some time last year after an update was pushed.
Cons: planned obsolescence
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i have had to replace a battery .....not really concerned about that ....what concerns me is that for the amount of money i spent on this device i shouldnt be going through any problems with the device as long as it was kept safe and sound and wasnt abused like other peoples phones....i had a product from a 3 letter chinese company...... it was my very first smart phone it lasted for 5 whole years before my cousin broke it......this phone i dont let anyone touch and it decides that it just wants to not turn on and when it does it may turn on to the odin screen or it may get stuck during the bootlace process....anyway it shouldnt because i dont do risky things on my device....so i am in the mind set and i truely believe that this is a design that was intentional.....unless i can come up with a positive fix i will stand by this statement.

The phone shuts off constantly

The phone died constantly, powers itself off then remains on the screen when it tries to turn on and it keeps doing it. Had barely had the phone a week and it started to do that.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations, battery died even at 70%

Its not a bad phone

I chose this phone because it was the last one that had replaceable batterys. I don't like that it required a sim card a d when i first got the phone it would shut down at about 40 percent battery life and wouldn't turn back on untill I plugged it in. I replaced the battery with a new one and that fixed the problem.it still eats the battery too fast but i do like the features.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It was an okay phone, typical andriod, slows down after a while. Best feature in my opinion is the camera

I bought a battery new from online and put it my phone and it hasn't worked since then.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Lightweight, Built-in speakers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i own several samsung galaxy from tablet to phablet they out performed any android devices and with respect to apple devices the price performance quality were excellent
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Inexpensive, Lightweight, Built-in speakers, customizeable
Cons: samsung galaxy were not created equally

It's a great phone but the battery is junk the phone can have a full charge and hour or so later it's dead
