Wish I had gotten a note a long time ago. I love this phone it's like having a mini computer. The only problem I have is the battery, it dies fast. I bought it refurb so I think I just need to get a new battery and hopefully that will solve that problem.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: the battery would die at 30 percent.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lollipop killed my signal

Ever since the lollipop upgrade my cell signal is incredibly weak. Most the time I have one bar sometimes two bars if I'm lucky. I like the phone I like the features but it's aggravating to have such an expensive phone and I can't even look online or use any of the apps because I have such a weak signal that they won't run. So come on Samsung give us another update or something to fix this.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Built-in speakers
Cons: Did not meet expectations, very weak reception
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Last in the great design. Has removable battery and SD card, along with 32gb memory. Had a note 2. Checked out the note 5 but no removable battery and no SD card. Returned the note 5 and waited for a note 7. The rest is history. Note 4 a great pick.
I originally had a Note 7; returned for the other overpriced Samsung but did not like its size or lack of pen. Found a Note 4 (I had had a Note 3) with upgraded features and am very happy. Not a high tech wiz but more than a non-techy. It fits my lifestyle.
I have a Note 4. This is truly the best phone I've ever owned. I love the s Penn future, and being able to jot down notes for work and other things and then store them. it's a perfect mix of old (pen and note pad), and new technology. I've had this phone for year-and-a-half it hasn't missed a beat I've dropped it several times it's very tough and the memory is expandable through an SD card making it virtually impossible to fill the memory up. it's also has a removable replaceable battery, so I'll be able to use this phone for years. Samsung hit a homerun with this one. I know they have newer versions but the newer versions don't have expandable memory or replaceable battery.
The phone to me is a good design but slow I had this phone and it doesn't run at its best and the batter only lasted me half a year to now not lasting 30 min after it's fully charged and sometimes phone freeze where I can't ever turn off the phone or taking the battery will ork after a few min
