I have had to replace my Note 4 approximately 4 - 5 x already. This phone overheats, shuts down and turns off automatically even with 100% battery life.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Built-in speakers
Cons: server problems and bugs with in this phone
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great phone nice replacement for note 7

Well this is my second note "nothing will ever replace the best phone I've ever owned note7". I almost left Samsung as a brand period, recalls on phones and washers. Unacceptable don't forget how you made it to the top, stay driven don't lose focus, no more rush jobs take time get it right like the Note 4.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Inexpensive
Cons: Not high def

Great smartphone; lousy camera

I love just about everything on this phone except for the camera. It may be that I have a defective phone (I'm in the process of returning it for a replacement). The camera does not focus. This appears to be a common problem with the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, according to the product forums. The area of focus is a small circle (about 25 percent of the screen). Everything outside that area is out of focus. I have tried all of the suggestions including: checking for clear film over the lens (it's been removed); slapping the phone to release the focus mechanism, which some consumers say gets stuck; replacing the Touchwhiz launcher with the Google launcher; checking for dirt, removing the phone case; clearing the cache; etc. The last thing I will try before sending it back to the seller is a factory reset. The front camera takes selfies in focus. It's just the back camera, which I use often for shooting or scanning documents, that doesn't focus.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: camera doesn't focus, battery
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I think my phone was defective, because I have had so many issues with it. The NoteII is so much better than this phone.
