Awesome phone, held back by "locked bootloader" & no possibility for root. This phone does everything I could want. It has a incredible display, very fast, great connectivity, good camera, spen, & more. This has been the best phone i've owned by far with 2 glaring issues that keep it from reaching it's full potential. 1st is the locked bootloader & 2nd being no ability to gain root access. This is the first phone i've used since starting with android that i havn't been able to unlock & root. It nearly drove me to sell the phone and replace it with a phone that i actually had control over. I had to wait till just last month being the last group to recieve the "marshmellow ota update", I guess late is better than never.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, flagship specs 2 years after release
Cons: locked bootloader, no root, 3rd party wireless charge, horribly slow update process, no reliable information about future upgrades
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have owned multiple Notes. The Note 4 had withstood the test of time and as I can attest to, keeps on keeping on! I was looking forward to the note 7 but that hope got blown up... get it?! because... the phone... it.... well yah so go stock up before they stop making them!!!
First one excelent/refurbished one didn't last a week

My first phone was an excellent buy for almost 2 years. After that I had to replace it because of the battery. The replacement heats and wont charge . Thinking about changing it soon. Not happy about paying for a replacement that does not works properly.
Except the battery life the phone is great, its so fast & nice looking , with a great camera & features
I would recommend this to a friend!

After just about two years this phone went from being a boss to something I just don't care for. The performance has dwindled after service updates and the phone is really slow now. When new it performed wonderfully and I really enjoyed the big screen with apps like Netflix and Hulu. The pen was great for jotting down quick notes so I wouldn't forget little details later on in the day. As a songwriter it really helped out for saving lyrics. Overall a great phone when new. It has just not lasted the test of time. After two years I'm ready for a new phone. Also... the thing is a tank. I've dropped it many times and the screen never cracked.
Pros: Bright display, Durable

Note 4 is the best in its family and i will never go to the Note 5 or anything other phone that u make that doesn't allow me to remove the battery or SD card. If i wanted a non-Android i would have bought one. Instead doing something like locking the battery and SD card you should be creating a more voice interactive phone that can understand you more based on information collected thru ur phone (where you've been, apps you use, people you text, websites you visit ect.)
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Built-in speakers, removeable battery and sd card, ability to drag and drop files when connected to, multi buttons
