Great phone. They only thing I would improve is the battery life.

With the ever advancing landscape of mobile applications and computing, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 really lets down when it comes to being able to handle a moderate load-set of applications. It continuously warns of the limited memory availability and requires factory resets quite often if optimal performance is desired. The battery is also limited in its ability to perform over the length of a moderate to long airplane flight, let alone going without charging a full day. This dictates either an external portable charger or you need to be near an outlet constantly. The power button is placed in a loation that assures it will get pushed almost every time you attempt to grab th epone. Placing it on the top or the bottome would have been a great idea. The one good thing is that is allows for micro SD expansion, however only to 128Gb. Again with applications and files taking more and more space not being forward thinking with unlimited expansion in mind was a bad idea. One other issue is the wifi is not stable. I have had multiple replacements due to hardware issues. With every phone replaced, there was one constant. Wifi was never stable.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Apart from a few different features from the note 3 the 4 is pretty much the same in a lot of ways. I have to say though that the biggest major complaint is from loss of sound almost every call regardless of carrier, time of day , or call duration. Very upsetting to say the least I expected a lot more from battery life an d improvement of call sound/quality but alas every important issue seems to be left by the wayside when it come's to Samsung these days......

Cons: Poor quality, Not high def, Did not meet expectations, calls muted

The galaxy series are so much better I had so many problems with this phone it is unbelievable. So glad I have the s7 now. This phone almost turned me against Samsung

Battery life is dismal... frequent alerts that some apps abruptly stopped... why are they running anyway??? The pre-installed apps are uninstall able. Some incoming calls go immediately to voice mail without any notice of incoming calls. Love the form factor, the native camera is the best.

This phone worked great until verizon down loaded and app now can't send text can't delete. Sorry I got this phone

Awesome Product with GREAT FEATURES

I love Samsung phones and I've been using them ever since my galaxy mega, but I needed a serious upgrade so I choose the note 4 and I just love it. I enjoy how clear everything is especially my photos as well as how fast the note 4 works in terms of my applications. The pen is a added bonus; which I use to create notes, reminders, and tasks. I'm enjoying my product very much and I would totally recommend this to a friend or family member.
