Great personal and business phone

I have used Samsung Galaxy phones since they came out. The Galaxy Note was amazing, but when the Galaxy Note 4 came out, I just had to take advantage of the faster processor and camera quality. Even today, July 2016, I find no real need to upgrade. It has also been a great running phone. Even though it has been accidentally dropped several times, it just keeps on working. I have had a screen protector on the phone since it was new but just recently removed it due to obvious long time use. I have been amazed that the screen is so smooth to my SWIPE use and it doesn't take on fingerprints readily. I have not noticed any scratches either since using the phone for the last month without the screen protector.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Built-in speakers

After much hype release and feedback from my Android frnds, i bought this phone. To my surprise it was great for 3-4 months and then issues started. it automatically sets into emergency password mode. unfortunately I couldn't remember my password as i was used to the finger print scan. I had to rest my phone completely. this happened thrice. battery problems started after 9 months. The phone now gets hung and requires restart every time.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, camera
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, baterry, hangs very frequently., battery discharges and gets heated ., fingure prints doesn't work properly
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Little bit of a problem.

I have some issues where sometimes I pick up my phone and it has shut itself off, or has frozen, so I ah e to hold in the two buttons for 15 seconds to get to the reboot screen. Not very great.

Best phone I have owned

This is the first Samsung phone I have owned and I'm never going to get another brand. My Note 4 performes as good today as it did when I got it almost two years ago. The features on this phone like split screen and the s pen have come in handy way more then I thought they would when I got the phone. The Note line of Samsung phones is absolutely in my opinion the best phone out there on the market and I highly anticipating the release of the note 7 and I highly recommend not only the note series of Samsung phones to my friends and family but also Samsung phones in general.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, s pen, performance, design, even though two years old stills feels relevant

Fast, Reliable and Amazing Features

Upgraded to this Note 4 a few weeks ago. Can not say enough about how happy I am with this device! This has a large screen for cell phone standards, but is slim, light weight and sturdy. The pen features add to the amazing standard features of the device. This is my 4th Samsung cell phone/smart phone. With the reliability and value for the money; It would be hard for me to consider any other brand. Keep up the great work Samsung!

This phone has been wonderful! I had an old Note 2 and now my wife is using it!! I am eligible for an upgrade through Verizon and I plan on getting the new Note 7. I can't wait!
My job had provided me with an Iphone and I can tell you this.....I would never even consider ever purchasing an Apple product!
I've owned Samsung phones for years. Keep doing what you're doing Samsung and you'll always have a customer in me!

I love my Galaxy Note 4. It has a large screen, with many easy to use features. It is durable and I love that the screen is large but not massive.
