First drop. Forever cracked

So I got this phone on Monday. I was so excited I can't even explain. Watch every YouTube review and the one thing I was most impressed by was the fact samsung advertised how durable they made the phone. I honestly was going to buy the iPhone 6se but because of fear of dropping it I chose to go with the note 4. Woke up Tuesday picked my phone of out my pocket while sitting on a bench. Put it in my hands and bam!! Drop it from knee high if even that. I didn't even want to pick it up because of the absolutely sick feeling in my stomach that it was Cracked. Sure enough pick it up and with my luck it's cracked so bad that I can't use it without getting glass stuck in my hands. The first day I used it the first time I barely drop it. The screen is ruined. Everything works it's just the huge Crack all throughout my phone.. I honestly am not the complaining or review writing type, but considering how much samsung has advertised the durability of the note 4 for it to totally Crack the first time u barely drop the device is just absolutely unacceptable. FYI I had both a case and Screen Protector on the phone when this happened. Very very disappointed and disturbed. I am warning everyone I know if u decide to buy this or any other note product. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DROP It because trust me it will Crack.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, first drop first crack screen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall an amazing phone...

The only thing I don't like is I can't receive picture messaging and I can't send any out... other than that a great phone.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight
Cons: no picture messaging

Has a great camera, when I go out with my friends, everyone wants my phone for pictures!!! Good battery life plus I have the fast adaptive charger which works wonders!!
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Durable

Everything changed from the note 3.. The home button should have stayed the same.

Still working good

I've had this phone for about 2 years now and it's still working good. The updates you receive can cause the phone to lag a bit, but over all, I'm still pleased with my purchase.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
