Love the fact that the battery is user replaceable and the memory can be upgraded just by adding a micro sd card

With this phone i like all the options for personalizing the home screen and the sound. The speed of this phone is better than a lot of others and the design is easy to fit anywhere.

Great phone but maybe Marshmallow issues?

Not sure whether my first Galaxy Note 4 was a lemon, but it immediately upgraded to Marshmallow and I couldn't use the S Health or vibrate functions after that ... Also, because this phone was so expensive, the only way I could afford it was to buy a refurb.
That being said, I love most things about this device, especially the replacement, which is still on Lollipop (5.1.1). Screen is great, very clear, very responsive, and it's very fast. Most apps run very well, and I don't think I've spent enough time yet discovering everything this phone does well!
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, fast
Cons: refurb quality wasn't great (or issues with 6.0.1), camera focus in lower light
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love my Note 4 except not all my apps work with the pen. But overall a great phone and great to keep everything organized with three boys and working full-time.

- Camera is best in market - clearest pictures
- Speed and power of processor
- Durability after multiple drops
- Replaceable battery
- Micro SD slot

Cons:
- 32GB is not enough space for all you want to do so definitely need to get SD card to prevent slowing processor down
- Removable battery needs to be replaced after 1 year
- Speakers need to be louder for such a large phone
