In short this has been the biggest failure of a phone I think I've ever had. That's putting it nicely too. Locks up....freezes...power cycles constantly. Few times it shuts off on its own and won't restart for 15 to 20 minutes. I've had notes since there have been notes and samsung you really broke the mold with this phone. Working on my 4th warranty replacement for the keyboard shadow being burned into the screen..this in addition to all the other issues I've had. If I could give minus stars for this phone there would be an infinite amount.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Locked Bootloader Not Rootable

Got this phone as an upgrade from the Galaxy SIII, was very impressed with how responsive it was straight from the box. Ive had it almost a year and it has lost its greatness. Once the battery gets to 30% its a toss up if you want to play a game or use youtube or any high processing app just shuts down and does a boot loop. It fully loads the os and just as it gets to the home screen it gives the battery low beep and reboots. It will do this until you take it apart and pull the battery. then reboot and it show it has 30% still. Maybe my battery is shot but surely they are meant to last more than 10 months. Just not happy with it anymore.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable
Cons: Did not meet expectations, battery
I would recommend this to a friend!

Samsung Note 4

This phone has multiple problems with the screen. The screen will go black out of nowhere. This is my 3rd Samsung Note 4 because every time I got a new one it had problems with the screen. I am very unhappy with this phone and I would not recommend it to anyone. There are technical issues with the design for example the S pen doesn't lock into the phone and I already lost it twice. Also the phone is always over heating. This is coming from a customer that had gotten the phone replaced 3 times brand new.
Cons: s pen doesn't lock in, technology issues with screen
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Expectations Exceeded

I literally use my phone all day to remotely access an array of different computers. Having upgraded from a Galaxy S4, I was a bit concerned about the size. The physical phone is not much larger and is quite a bit more comfortable to hold while talking. The screen size makes it very nice to view computer desktops without having to scroll.
I would have gotten the newest Note phone, however this was the last model with the two key features I look for in a phone – Removable battery and SSD card.
My only issue with the phone is that the speaker is on the back rather than the bottom. This causes muffled sound when the phone is placed on a desk.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers, removable battery, interchangeable sd card
Cons: speaker location
I would recommend this to a friend!

Okay so I have to say I am a long time Samsung customer. Previously I had the S3 then I had a note 3 which I enjoyed immensely and now I've upgraded to the Note 4 chosen over the Note 5 because of the SD card option and the ability to remove the battery which is essential sometimes on Android experience tells me. Anyway I'll be adding an anchor extended battery to it for my overseas travels in for those times when I just don't want to take a battery pack along with me charging feature is very nice and it has long lasting battery per say but it's still a pretty slim phone and it pushes a lot of pixels per inch offering I like to keep all of the settings turned all the way up for the full experience of the phone.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Note 4 is fast, the screen is gorgeous, it's easy to set up and transfer data, and the case isn't slippery. Smart Switch makes data transfer from the old phone a piece of cake!
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great phone!!

The Note 4 is one of the best cell phones I've ever used! I have a two brand new phones I've been testing, a Note 5 & IPhone 6S Plus. I'd still take my Note 4 over either. Only reason I'd take Note 4 over Note 5, no SD card! That is huge for me. Anytime I see a phone without expandable storage, it might as well be an Apple. And that is one of the main reasons I've never used Apple products. I hope Samsung doesn't make this standard in all of their phones, and brings it back for the Note 6. No SD card slot is a deal breaker for me. The Note 5 is better in almost every way than the IPhone. IPhone feels better in hand would be about the only plus for me over any Note product. One issue for me on Note 4, sound in earpiece is very poor.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: sound

Horrible battery life!

I love the design of the phone, the features are great. Although the battery life is HORRIBLE, it dies super fast...sometimes when at 30%. Sometimes it will show 10%, turn off.. Ill put it to charge and come on having 40%. My boyfriend and dad got the same phone around the same time and theirs do the same. They also dont allow us to hear the other person when on the line or they wont be able to hear s. WE WILL ALL BE GOING BACK TO Iphones
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, battery life, loose hearing capablity
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
