The phone goes from 40% charge to zero all the time. This is the second note phone that I have had this issue with.

I love this product. I actually wrote an email with a pen on my phone. I am 41 and remember a time when phones were huge and cumbersome, so this note 4 is amazing. As for Samsung in general, I own two galaxy tablets and have bought only Samsung phones for my personal use. Again, I love this company's products. Thank you for making such trust worthy products.

The Samsung Galaxy Note is without question the best smartphone I have owned.

The Note is a must for anyone doing extensive business on their phone. The screen is by far the best to complete work or to conduct a search. The processor is really fast and graphics/pictures are outstanding. Truly the best phone I've had to date.

the samsung Note 4 is amazing!
It is very fast ,never has ,lagged (and probably never will.........hopefully)the graphics on some apps (including games)are probably the best i have ever seen!the only thing i wish the phone could be is well....smaller....a lot smaller.It is almost as big as my tablet(but it works much better)and its hard to take selfies because my hand is so small

It was a lemon

I was really excited to get the Note 4 I had upgraded from the Galaxy 3, it was fine at the beginning it slowly no longer held the charge even when it was charged overnight. It was awful to talk on very muffled and if I used the speaker I would get strange beeps, finally it was freezing all the time. This isn't what I expected was very disappointed.
Pros: Durable
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
