Great upgrade

I realize that this phone is a few years old, BUT my company assigned me a non-Samsung phone that I've used for 6 months. It was terrible. I bought this pre-owned and couldn't be happier. Fast, responsive, feature rich. Surpasses most brand new competing brands. I couldn't imagine how an S6 or S7 must work. Thanks Samsung!
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

Has a lot to offer especially the pen, pictures are great! Adding notes is simple, very user friendly, highly recommended!

Perhaps my last Samsung phone

I love Samsung Phones. I had a Captivate[an early Galaxy S], and a Note2. The progression to this phone in terms of size and specs should have kept me very much a fan without reservation. The Note4 still has a SD card slot, lost in the Note5, a phone I could never consider, and am hopeful that a Note6 would regain this aspect as the S7 has kept [returned?] this slot. But Perhaps I should blame the carrier, AT&T but the firmware bootloader lock on even this aging phone still takes away from the flexibility enjoyed on both of my previous Galaxy S devices. My next phone will have this capacity/spec and should be a yet unannounced Note6, but if the actual Note6 lacks this I will be forced to compromise on some specs and buy a competing device.
Cons: bootloader locked
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The last best Samsung phone!

This was the last phone to have both replaceable battery and microsd storage. It is a beast of a phone, enough so we bought a spare in case either my wife's or mine dies. The Quad core processor handles everything I throw at it, and the quick charge makes it easy to keep it fed. Everything about this phone is perfect.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, replaceable battery, microsd expansion

There where several thing that I like about the Galaxy s4 note. One was it design that phone a gradually firm yet light feel for the phone not as good as the 5 tho.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, fresh
Cons: Did not meet expectations
