Easy to use

I found the Samsung Note 4 very easy to use. Anything I was unfamiliar with had a step by step help file. All of the apps are great too. Love the size of this phone.

This is still one of the best devices that I have owned. I wouldn't change anything but the low light camera performance, and maybe add another gig of ram.

I love this phone since day one, only 2 problems I had were 1.s pen broke rarely easy but that was my fault from sleeping on it contactor
2. Will shut down randomly from bad battery. I replaced with another used battery and it seems to work. Other than those 2 problems excellent phone. I love my note 4.

This is a really good phone. Some might say that it's too big and if you are looking for a small phone, this snt for you. But, the size is the best part. You can see better, type faster, and fit anything on your screen. Ever since I got this phone I have been nothing bUT happy. I have only had one problem with it when it said I couldn't use the fingerprint scanner and I forgot the back-up password. But once I got in, it worked again. I also think this phone is aesthetically pleasing. This might not be important to some people, but it's always nice to have a neat phone.

This is the best samsung phone I've had so far (Note 4). As far as battery life and features, it steals the show. And I never have a problem with not having service.

Samsung is a great product to have and I would highly recommend it to any and every customer. There are so many great features about the note 4 and other new Samsung Galaxy products. The phones as well as the tablets has a faster processing system than most phones. For business minded people the tablet is a great tool for sharing your documents and presentations. The Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge has a great camera, water resistant and SD card slot. For me with the Note 5 that was the problem that I saw because I am a devoted Samsung user and I would highly recommend this product to everyone even IPhone users.
