Help needed

I loved my note 2 so I figured I would love the note 4 more. I was wrong. I've had to switch my phone 4 times due to overheating, frozen screen, apps opening for no reason, speaker not working, freezing on phone calls, it has been a horrible experience. I do however like the new style of the pen. The camera is great (not on action shots) and some of the other features are easier to use. I don't know what I'll upgrade to as I've don't like how they've copied the iPhone with only so many GB, and no way of having an SD card. Very disappointing. I've got many people to switch from iPhone to Samsung because of the ability to do those things. Since there coping iPhone I might as well switch as there next phone will be big with a pen. So sad

After almost a year with the same phone the network is no longer working. I've replaced the phone twice. This is my third phone, and the replacevents are doing the same thing.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality

I am not really happy with the Note 4. I liked the Note 3 a lot more. They took features away like join contacts. It is harder to navigate. Will not b e buying the Note 5. Will probably change model of phone.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, not as easy to navigate

I have only had my note.4 for.close to a.year. At one point I couldn't get to the keypad to make a call. I can never seem to Internet access. Always Get The Cloud With A Line Through It That Says Try again! Received a new phone and it is still acting up.
Cons: Did not meet expectations

I am berry picky phone buyer and I love this phone...it is able to do everything but make morning coffee...to bad that is the only thing it's keeping it from being 100 percent perfect...lol

I like the phone but I have had more problems with this phone than I ever had with my s4. Kinda disappointing.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable
Cons: Did not meet expectations, disconnects calls
