I have been a longtime Samsung fan, but my Note 4 was a complete disappointment. It barely lasted past the 12 month point. It was always locking up and powering down. It finally quit working all together. Samsung quality has gone down hill over the last few years. Don't waste your money
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The worst phone i have ever had!! Freezes up and shuts off.

I love this phone. I love everything about it. The screen size, the S Pen, the screen quality, the battery life, etc. I never had a problem with it. The Note series is my series.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight

I love my Samsung Galaxy Note 4! I'm wanting to upgrade to the Note 6 in the 3Q of 2016, best features is the expandable memory sd card, and the battery life. I have had no issues with the software or features, thumbs up!
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, fast charging and long battery life.

I absolutely love my new phone! My favorite feature is the pen that allows you to write personalized notes quite accurately. I like the option of being able to write notes rather than typing them.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight

Awesome phone I am so happy I switched back to the galaxy! It really does offer so much more than the iphone!
