This is my first time with a Samsung. I love it. The colors are brilliant and bright, I love the way you change the font's to large or smaller. I did have a mishap with the phone, however, Samsung took good care of me and sent me a new phone right away. Way to go guys!
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight

Junk with a nice display

Hardware seems decent but software and usability of the note 4 leaves much to be desired. Very slow, freezes up continuously, system Ui errors. Not able to unlock at times.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, slow, software doesn't work properly since update., speaker stinks, por wifi connections
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I held onto my Note 4 longer than any other phone I've had in the past 5 years. You can't beat the features of the S Pen, S Note and the size of the screen. The best everyday features you can get on a phone to date. Removable battery, IR blaster, Expandable Storage. The phone is fast and even though Samsung has released several models since the Note 4, it is still a contender today.

This is an upgrade from a Note II for me and as much as I loved my Note II, this one is even better. It's faster, the screen is better, and the S-Pen does even more than it used to. I chose the Note 4 over a Note 5 because of the ability to expand its storage and because the battery is replaceable by me. I had battery problems with the Note II but a new battery fixed them easily and I realized then that a replaceable battery was a very important option. I would highly recommend this phone to anyone who wonders if a stylus is all that useful. It is, it will grow on you rapidly.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: white would be nicer but wasn't available.

This product has lots of memory good RAM
