Love this device

Everyone is storing everything in the cloud these days. I love the option of doing that, but this device allows you to insert a MicroSD card. That was the game-changer for me. I want the flexibility of cloud or local storage. Another benefit is that you can remove the battery and replace it. This phone will be in my hands for some time and I am glad I made the switch to Samsung.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, large screen, sleek, fast

Best Smart Phone I have ever owned

I still think we're working towards the apogee of the perfect smart phone. Until we hit it, I am sticking with the Samung Galaxy Note Series. (Well, unless 6 doesn't have the SD Card/Battery thing). That is my fave feature, but i love its size, its speed, its battery life--- and the stylus.
It hits everything I want in a phone and a mini-tablet. My first was some Blackberry model, and then an iPhone, then a Galaxy. Bottom line, I'll never go back to anything else...
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, amazing size, stylus
Cons: bloatware

Although this is a replacement phone I still love the Note phones and am looking forward to my upgrade to the Note 5. This phone has always been reliable and very easy to use.

Upgraded from Note 3 to Note 4

Loved my Note 3 and did not think it was possible to be more happy until Note 4 came along. The pictures are great and I added a 128 gb card for an upcoming trip so that I could take as many pictures and videos as I wanted. I highly recommend. Everyone compliments me on it also.
