i was happy about the pin part till i went to use it in my games and could not and it does not like to send pics and text with my wifi on and the touch screen just does not like my fingers i guess have lots of trouble with it but i love samsung for every other phone i have had i also had to replace it once so far
I loved the Note 4 since day one but after 9 months with this device I started to get real disappointed! I even replaced my device with a new one but all the crashing and "Program stop working" did not stop. Lost the majority of my files bc a poor knowledge of Sprint staff. I factory reset my phone but problem still persists and no one can fix it! I keep the Note 4 due to the IR feature (removed on the Note 5). Considering that I will lose the IR feature o the next generation, I will have to switch to an IPhone for less software complications! Thx!
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really love my Note 4, is not like you learn to use all features right away but I know is full of surprises, all for good. I use it for personal and work and for both worlds is just perfect, I am about to upgrade to Note 6 edge pretty soon.
I've owned the Samsung Continuum, S3, S4 and S5. This by far has been my favorite phone. I wanted a phone with a larger screen and at the time the S6 just came out but the larger screen S6 plus was not out. I wasn't sure how much I was going to use the stylus but I knew I wanted the 5.7 inch screen. I also was very pleased it had a removable battery and external storage. I have owned this phone since March of 2015 and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The features are by far better than all the phones I have tried out in the past. I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone who is looking for excellent features and ease of use.
It's out of this world..........blast off and enjoy....
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, easy to use
I would recommend this to a friend!

This phone has a ton of useful features that I try to use to the fullest. I'm not a casual form person in this phone really works for me. I make videos on YouTube and the camera is awesome. I can do all my editing directly from the phone instead of having to use a separate PC. It's fast, it's snappy, the speaker is very loud and the screen is awesome. It's also durable. I've dropped it several times with no case and have no issues just a few scrapes on the bottom casing.
Issues that I have is the battery life. When I first got this phone, the battery life was awesome. Immediately after upgrading to Android lollipop, the battery life has suffered considerably and I constantly overheats when I play games or use the camera for long durations. It gets so hot that features will malfunction.
Other than those issues I love this phone and it's constantly in my hand.
