This is the best phone I have ever had

I love all of the features of my galaxy note 4. Its a lot and I mean a lot of phone. Its so nice to have a smartphone that lives up to the name. This is the best choice I could have made. There isn't anything so far that this phone cannot do or handle. Thank you Sprint for making me feel like I have gotten my money's worth. Awesome job.....

my phone phone freezes, the web takes me out, I could not be on the web without my phone freezing, then I have to close all my applications and start all over again,my phone overheats, and this is a second phone that I've gotten, I am tired of getting phones I don't think I should have to with as much as I have spent on this phone,where you can talk and text barely works out the time, and I usually have to erase all my text message and start over,if I can afford another phone I would already have a different phone, severely hate iPhone, but I'm half tempted to go back need to fix your phone

This phone loads apps fast

When loading a app it takes seconds for it to load up.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Not high def

Ive had it over a month and love everything about it. Id recommend it to everyone. Its got awesome features and im still learning new stuff. And love the s pen too. Its a keeper!

Cons: volume could be higher on ringtones

I switched from a iPhone years ago and I love my Galaxy! There's still features I have not used as of yet. The video is awesome the photos that I take are almost if not better then my digital camera. This is a great phone for me. Thank you Samsung! Waiting on the Note 5.......

The phone is really good because it has a lot of great features that my old phone didnt have and its funny how when I touch other phone they are really small compared to the note 4
