My Note 4 has given me nothing but problems.

I got my phone the week it was available and I was extremely excited to finally replace my GS3.
What a mistake. This phone freezes, crashes, the battery life is poor (after many factory resets and updates and rebooting daily) and sometimes the phone just shuts itself off. I have no water damage, it's never been dropped, I close my apps that I'm not using, I don't have any "sketchy" apps. This phone is just unreliable.
MY BIGGEST ISSUE with this phone is that it has HORRIBLE service! No matter where I am, I barely get better than 3G service. I live in a highly populated area, and my S3 got amazing service EVERYWHERE. This one gets nothing. It has left me hanging, searching for service in places it should get service. Also, the GPS is useless.
I hate this phone, and will not be hanging on to it any longer than necessary.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have owned well over 20-25 devices in my lifespan. From iPhones, Galaxys, ZTEs, HTCs and none come near to my Note 4. I usually max out phone within 2 weeks. My notes at a month and a half and still as fast as I first got it. Love It!!!!

I previously had the Samsung Galaxy S3, which was great. I also have the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, which I love. I also own a Samsung TV, which I love. But my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is beyond belief!
This is the Best Cell phone in the world.

The MicroSD memory card slot that supports cards up to 128GB

Love love love all the features. ..although I feel like I need a class to learn everything that this phone has to offer! Great pictures, beautiful screen resolution, easy set up! Would highly recommend!!

I upgraded from a S4 to my new Note 4. I love it! Only reason for upgrade is the bigger screen was needed (stinks getting older, lol). Still playing around with the S Pen and learning all it can do.
