I had a note 2 for a very extended time. I danced between weather I need the note 5...but was not ready for a but in battery (personal taste at this point). So I got the Note 4. I am hooked . I believe I am a dedicated Samsung guy now. Monitor, 2 flat screen televisions, and the Samsung for for 7 years now. I am concidering getting a tablet but this note 4 has me hooked...it is a mini tablet. As an artist and fashion designer the pen tool along with the new art apps just add to my overwhelming joy. SAMSUNG ROCKS!!!!!!
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, the pen tools and drawing apps! wow!!!
Cons: i love the size but i would not mind a bit larger
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the screen size. Picture quality is great. Watch Netflix, Amazon Prime & other videos. Using the Pen for writing on images & other things is great for pointing out certain things, from screen shots of articles for example. Or just for fun. What I don't like so far is that the speaker is on the back, not the bottom of the phone like the Note 3 I had.
I am currently enjoying using my Note 4...it's responsive to my needs and have an Extended memory ...
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers
Cons: it's heavy
I would recommend this to a friend!

I really like this item. I thought it was going to be too big to hold but it is just fine. The camera takes amazing pictures and is easy for me to operate. I am still learning the note features, but the pen is easy to operate. I am not new to Samsung, just the Note and I wouldn't switch to another brand name product. I use it for everything thus eliminating the need for many other electronic products.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: speaker in the back
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have recently purchased a Note 4 from my cell phone carrier. I had read reviews and saw that it should be a pretty awesome phone. From what I understood, there were no issues from this phone. From the start of owning this phone, I started to encounter problems with the phone. The first that I noticed was that the indicators at the bottom and left side of the phone for the back arrow and the all apps opened button would continuously disappear. I have tried turning them back off, but within the next 30 minutes, they would revert back to being off. In the last few weeks the LED notification light no longer comes on. I have had multiple people tell me that they are not receiving messages that I show sent successfully. All these issues after just a month of owning the phone make me think I should have just gone to the iPhone for my new phone. I love Samsung for their televisions, but I am wondering if Samsung needs to just stick with electronics and stay away from cell phones.
I LOVED my Note 4...until Sprint gave us an update 3 months ago. Every since, my phone freezes, shuts off, and is slow as...well let's just say slow. The capabilities of the phone are astonishing, but now I really only use it to send and receive calls...that is when it is not frozen and I CAN send or receive a call. I have tried hard and soft resets with the Sprint techs, but neither works. They basically told me I will need to wait until the next update to see if it will work correct again. I had to get another phone line and I went to the Dark Side with my choice. Fix me quick Samsung because the force on the Dark Side is strong!!!
In retrospect, I absolutely love my Samsung Galaxy Note 4! I normally prefer an iPhone to an Android, but not with this device! People might argue it's rather "bulky." After all, it is in a class of mobile devices rightfully called a "phablet." The internal memory of this device is 32 GB; whereas, the removable storage is up to 128 GB in a form of a microSDXC card. The Android OS is 5.1.1, which is second to the latest version. The phone is beautiful, with Gorilla Glass added to make it difficult to damage the screen.
In a nutshell, the phone is "perfect" for school and work for which I use my device mainly for. I watch Netflix documentaries, and even relax with Clash of Clans occasionally. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is pivotal to convince me that Android is more powerful than what the entry level smartphone presented. Samsung earned a loyal customer with this device. It far exceeds my expectations, my friends! I look forward to getting another Note when my contract expires.
It's a great phone especially the styles that comes with, you could be organized. And I also like it tells you how many steps you take in a day and your heart rate.
