With 3 gigs of ram and a quad core processor you would think this phone would fly. Not so, if you look at resources you will see without adding any apps most of your ram is eaten up already. Then there is the lag, ughhh!!! with so much potential why ruin such a great looking phone. The display is nice, but battery life is not that great. S-pen is the best feature. I wanted to really be wowed by this phone. But if I have to replace TouchWiz with another launcher there is a problem. Why do cell phone companies insist on giving us what they want instead of what we want? I want good battery life, to be able to unlock my phone and then actually move from the home screen without having to wait for the phone to catch up. How about not forcing me to keep all these resource hogging apps.
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight, s-pen
Cons: Did not meet expectations, very laggy, mediocre battery life, bloatware, screen is not bright when viewed in direct sun
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this phone. It got its Lollipop update. The phone is great and the features are out of sight. The phone could use better finger print log in.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Love the phone but I wish the sound on the phone and messages were louder. On the messages it is not loud and very short duration. Very easy to miss.

The Galaxy Note 4 is almost overwhelming

This is my second android phone. My first was a basic phone. The Galaxy Note 4 really opened the full world of a phone's capabilities. Coupling the advanced phone with the android set of available apps makes for one powerhouse of a system. The look and feel of the phone is very good. It fits in my hand comfortably. one hand operation is relatively easy. Even the software keyboard was easy to operate with my fat fingers.
The basic set of apps provided with the phone can be enough for the average user. But for those who have different needs and wants, the Galaxy Note 4 can accommodate many more apps in its generous memory space.
I am extremely pleased with my purchase of the Galaxy Note 4

I love everything about the Notes I never had the 1st Note but I've had the opportunity to own The Note 2, The Note 3,and now The Note 4. I love how they get better every time, from the design, the look, the operation and just the overall quality. Thanks Samsung for making the Note series I'm it's biggest fan.

Cons: i would love a water proof dust proof note

I've been on the Note 4 since Christmas... While there is no software difference between the Note 3 & 4 , it's all about the hardware. Build & quality... Finally METAL!!! There is some heft, but that's to be expected. Keep it up Samsung, you've got me locked in to your ecosystem.

I moved from a Droid Maxx to the Samsung Note 4 having been satisfied with my Droid. I was intrigued by the stylist and the windowing features. There's a bit of a learning curve but with some diligence the upgrade was well worth the price and the extra effort. I'm totally happy that I made the change. I also bought the Montblanc e writer that works exactly like the stylist but with a better feel and a great deal more style.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: battery life

I love this phone. The camera is insane. The s pen serves so much purpose. A great battery life especially taken into consideration all this perform the Note 4 puts out!
My one complaint.. why has locating my s pen with gps not become an option . I lost my s pen. I beebs Consistently in a round about area But can't put a figure on it. Too bad the area is outside with lots of grass.

Please on the next Next not put a S pen location finder. Please, for people like me that could loose anything!
