Switching over a couple of years ago from a competitor was the best move that I could of made. The main reason for switching was for the ease of use when accessing files for business, but as time passed, my Samsung phone continued to impress me with all of its features. From the camera to the display, to all of its recreational features, the Note 4 is proves to be the best that I have owned so far! A+++++!!!!

The Samsung Note 4 is an incredible phone. The clarity of the screen is outstanding. The size isn't overwhelmingly huge one you get used to it. Like any other smartphone, once you start adding apps and customized settings, it shows down a bit, but it's still out performs any other phone that I have ever owned. I had one issue with it not charging recently, but it was taken care of with a replacement phone. I would definitely recommend the Note 4 to all of my friends.

I've never had any phone like it. You do have to shut it off daily or it won't work properly

Great with a few issues

While it can be difficult to identify whether software issues lie with the manufacturer, carrier, etc., I have had to reset this phone several times due to freezes or slow performance. Overall, it's a great piece of hardware. When working correctly, the software is excellent. It's only when it starts lagging with no clear cause that frustration begins. I'd get it again or have waited for the Note 5 :). It is a solid performing phone and recommended.

I enjoy all my Samsung devices I just puschased the note 5 and the S 6 edge
