This is my second note 4 the first only had two weeks it took a fall from about three feet landed in the sweet spot in the corner were the camera is ps cracked screen even though the scene is a Samsung gorilla screen I would highly suggest getting a rugged high impact case to protect your investment and definitely a insurance plan great phone great features and cannot beat the resolution on this disply Samsung always hits it out of the park with all their products.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, display awsome

Great Screen, frequent freezes

I have had this phone for about a month now, and am pleased with it. I upgraded from the iPhone 5 to this phone, and it certainly does not seem to run as smoothly. The phone will freeze or get bogged down fairly easily for reasons that I couldn't explain. I have even had the keyboard freeze completely on me, forcing me to completely reboot the phone. Also, unless I already have some sort of audio playing app running (such as a music app like spotify), my phone will always start playing my voicemail when it connects to the bluetooth of my car. This is extremely annoying, and sometimes embarrassing, depending on the voicemail. If it doesn't play voicemail, it automatically starts playing some Samsung themesong, which is also annoying.
On the positive side, I love the big screen and resolution. I often read my electronic textbooks using my phone now, and that is very convenient for me. The camera is fantastic as well.

Cons: Did not meet expectations

The performance is so bad. Response lags and touch response. Charges rapidly on original charger. Other chargers take way more time to charge and overheats. Difficult to understand settings. Not enough clarity in guide. Didn't provide much information.
