I STARTED OUT WITH A NOTE 3 LAST YEAR AND WHEN IT CAME TIME FOR AN UPGRADE I COULD NOT IMAGINE GETTING ANY OTHER PHONE OTHER THAN A NOTE. SO I UPGRADED FROM NOTE 3 TO NOTE 4.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PHONE. I AM BIG INTO COMPUTERS AND GADGETS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN SO PLEASED WITH THE VERSATILITY, THE QUALITY, AND THE FLEXIBILITY OF THIS PHONE.
SAMSUNG YOU HAVE OUT DONE YOURSELF WITH THIS PHONE AND CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT YOU WILL BE RELEASING IN THE NEAR FUTURE!!!!
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, flexibility, versatility, customizable

Problems..Problems..Problems

I purchased my phone July 9,2015 and I have not had good results with it.
1. Drop calls
2. Speakerphone does n I t work good at all
3. Phone powers off without me powering it down.
(And yes the battery can be fully charged)
(Yes I am charging it with the cord that came with my phone)
4. Screen freezing

Overall this phone is one of the best I've had. Coming from owning iPhone for like 5 years straight, it wasn't hard to adjust to a new set up. It walks you through everything so I got use to it pretty quick.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, amazing camera
Cons: built in speakers could be a little better

I have dropped my Note 4 many times and still have not scratched or cracked the screen. The glass of the screen is good quality and can be cleaned easily.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight

I'm in love with my note 4 features. The multiscreen feature help me a lot sometime and oh! I love the voice capture on the camera. This is the best phone to date Samsung has made. Love
