I had Samsung phone 3 before for more than 2 years i just upgraded to Note4 recently. I dont have any problem with my samsung 3 before. Its reliable and easy to use , lots of things you can do..I always recommend samsung to my friends and relative and they will upgrade their phone from iphone to samsung. I have note 4 right and i love it.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight

Great phone, slow at times

I am not sure what it is about this phone that it has been getting slower and slower. I have resetted to factory setup and gets a bit better speedwise but then it happens again.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations

I refused to get the two new phones (5 and 6) and the Note 5, because of the changes made to them. Samsung is the best phone on the market. I used the Samsung 4 for two years, never a issue.
Just had to get the Samsung Note 4. Why I waited to do that I do not know. The Samsung Note 4 to me is the best ever made and the best on the market.

I haven't scratched the surface of what all it will do and i couldn't live without it My last 2 phones have been Samsung and I'll never own anything

I have purchase a lot of electronic devices in the past few years and always have had very good luck with Samsung products. The only problem was a Samsung captivate,about 5 years ago the screen failed but Samsung stood behind there product and paid for shipping both ways and fixed it.I will always buy Samsung or Sony regardless of the price

The fact I can access the battery and change out if and when needed.

To some this may not be as n issue but when you need to rely on our TOOLS to get our jobs done. Yes I could carry an extra battery to charge my phone, but I do not like the leash. I csn pop off the back and change batteries and keep going. In my profession we are required constant contact, and the ability to access Web programs and portals.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: cost.

I upgraded from the Note 2 I love the new features of the OS does has the tendency to freeze on occasion..a little concerned that it will get worse as it gets older. I have bad hearing and sometimes when I listen to music with headphones and I get a notification my sound drops and cannot go back up until I get another notification.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: sound when playing music
