This came with all the great features of the Note 2 with an upgrade to quality in the Note 4. I love the 16MP camera, it captures all the details (pictures in low light, night time, bad weather) without the need to carry a separate camera. I love the s-pen functionality for work (taking screenshots and making notes) or fun (word search and other puzzle games). The added security of fingerprint means I never mistype or forget my password or screen lock code and no one else can get into it but me. The display is crisp and clear for streaming videos or reading. It's an awesome phone!

Amazing phone in every area of a phone. From Screen size and quality to battery life and how fast it charges. Awesome phone highly recommend.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, battery is great picture quality speed of phone, good looking phone s pen graphics are great.
Cons: price when it was sold new it's a fair price now., still worth every penny.

This phone is the best. The screen is wide enough so that you don't have to strain your eyes. The material it's made with makes it easy to keep it in good condition. The features are incredible. The SPen is what I like the best it helps you to scroll online and you can doodle on pictures and much more. I purchased the first galaxy note, the third and now the fourth. I have truly been satisfied with this phone

Excellent management device

I purchased this product to replace my Samsung Note II which I loved. I had spent hours on line and at the local cellular carriers comparing the Note 4 and similar devices. I enjoy the hands on testing of devices and comparing the features to support the quick multi-tasking functions. Besides the basic features of phone and texting, The added stylus feature makes utilization of the multiple functions and app features a plus for everyday and business tasks, without being too complex to use. A strong plus is having the availability to have multiple windows open at once, a feature I can not live without. Samsung is really going to have to step up the capabilities of the next generation to out do the features offered in the Note 4 device. Can't wait to see the next generation from Samsung.

The best phone I ever had

Screen is really amazing. I had many high resolution phones but none of them as good as note's 4 because they are not super amoled.
Aluminum frame looks very nice and back cover just begging to be touched!!
S-pen is really helpful where accuracy matters. I use anatomy apps and finger would cover muscle or I would not be able to hit specific nerve or vessel on other phones, but having note 4 with S-pen makes it so easy!!!
Battery holds charge very well and can be replaced easy if needed.
Memory card can be added for reasonable price, I added 64gb Samsung memory card.
Phone feels and looks luxurious.

I love this phone

Since I switched over to the note everything I wanted to do I can do now! Like use Microsoft Word and save document's to my phone the ease of using a pen if I wanted to write something down. The bigger screen, the ability to use my phone like a pc and download any app with out restrictions. Everything I was missing when using my iPhone! I'm so glad I switched and I'm never going back to an iPhone lol
