Exceptional Device

I love love love my Note 4. Its so convenient and does everything that i need. I previously had a Note 3, but didn't use it to its full capacity. This phone changed the game and my mind. It is constantly in my hand becuz i use it sooo much. For everyday necessities it is being utilized. Before trying Samsung, i had an iPhone. I will never go back. Samsung moving forward.

Everything is so easily accessible. I love that I can use it as well as get apps to help my 4 year old learn.

I love this phone! I use to have an Iphone but I love this phone 100 times more! It's easier to use and get use to! I love how big it is! I'm able to access things and get things quicker than I could when using my iPhone! I have told almost everyone I know about this phone and I brag about it all the time!

Samsung Note 4 Problems

After having nothing but iPhones, I decided to try a Samsung Note 4. Some friends had a Note 3 and said it was a great phone. After the learning curve I was finally getting used to the phone's features. After about 4 months, my phone suddenly started shutting down randomly. I had to remove the battery, wait about a minute, and put the battery back in. This started happening with greater frequency so I called ATT who replaced me phone. However it still continued to shut down randomly. I now have a new battery so we shall see if that fixes the issue. So far not impressed with the Note 4 - wish I had of bought the iPhone 6 instead (my wife has one and it has been nothing but outstanding).
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Too big, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
