S pen doesn't work correctly words are to small to capture. Slower then the s3 it replaced. Battery cannot maintain enough power for one day of use. Plastic case far superior, the metal band should have been crone not painted because all out does is chip. Speakers stink.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, camera lousy only good for closeups, slow, poor quality 2 crone out of box
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have always been an iPhone person but thought I'd give this a try because it does have some great features. After only a couple months I have already had to replace it twice through warranty and it is still freezing all the time and I have to charge it several times a day. I will definitely be going back to my trusty iPhone!
Cons: Did not meet expectations, low battery life, operating system unsatisfactory
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best phone ive owned

There's not much to say. It's the best, most beautiful phone I've ever used. Every feature beats any other phone. Unfortunately mine was stolen about 3 weeks ago so I'm back to using an iPhone 4s. What an awful downgrade!!! I feel like I'm using a caculator for a phone. Samsung, have mercy on my soul.
I really love my phone. At first I thought it was too big for my needs after having a much smaller smartphone, but now I don't know why I didn't upgrade sooner. Browsing the web, shopping, getting and using apps, taking photos and notes are so much easier on the Note 4. I really like the case I bought that was recommended to me. I can prop the phone on my leg, and it doesn't slide off. When I was at the store, the manager was also using the Note 4 as her personal phone. The graphics are so clear. And again about the size - it still fits into my back pocket or front pocket of my jeans as needed. The only thing I can say that I wish it did was when I stop using an app, I have to remember to actually "Close Apps" on the Home screen. If I forget, then the app keeps running in the background using up data. The work around to that is the store associate recommended more data for me than I was previously using - going from 2 GB up to 6 GB. Therefore I haven't gone over my usage. Once my husband pays off his Galaxy S5, he wants to get a Note 4 like mine. His S5 does the same thing about running apps that you have to be sure they are closed when you stop using them. Also, I love the white phone instead of the black. Wish they made I do wish the phone hardware came in more colors. Also, when talking on the phone, I like that the end call button is lower on the phone, so if you are cradling the phone between your shoulder and ear, you won't accidentally hang up. And it didn't do alot of upgrades to the software when I first got it or thereafter. And the battery last me over a day and a half. Alot of times, I will not charge it at night, and will wait till the morning. Put it on to charge when I get up for about half an hour, and it is good to go for the rest of the day. All in all this is a great phone, and the best of the best that you can have from the Verizon store.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, battery life, built in note taking system, end call button not located at ear area., android operating system
Cons: remember to "close apps" to not go over data
I would recommend this to a friend!

As a Sr citizen, I wanted a phone that had my favorite programs and also allowed Internet access and emails. This phone was IT. I can and do have a card in it that holds reference files and all my recipes. I love it!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, can set to easy mode to see easily
Cons: wish i could remove a few icons that are locked in

Lovely phone but poor battery life and a bit buggy

Freezes occasionally when surfing web via wifi or mobile data. Battery life isn't what I think it should be given size of battery. LOVE the quick charge. Way more complex than S4, which I finally conquered, at least before lollipop update messed that phone up. So far, lollipop 5.01 on Note 4 could be a lot better. A lot of lag between applications.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, camera, s pen
Cons: freezes when surfing intermittently, battery life with lollipop 5.1, back speaker muffles when put down phone
I would recommend this to a friend!
