Sad to let Note 2 go, but the Note 4 improved on an already great platform

At first I was apprehensive in upgrading from my Note 2 that I finally thought I knew very well after owing it for 3 years. I used every feature and was very pleased with the platform, until a co-worker showed me the improvements in the Note 4. The ultra-power saving feature alone was enough to sell me, then he showed me other features like the mini-window, and put down the rumors of not being able to surf the web and talk on the phone I had heard in chat rooms. If you want a simple straight forward phone that can handle about anything you can throw at it, the Note 4 is all you need.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, handles like a phone with all the features of a t

I like this phone because I don't have to use my mobile data to send or receive pics. I like the big screen to watch Netflix and YouTube videos.
We both love our new phones. My favorite is the camera. Although I thoroughly enjoy the extra large screen compared to my last phone. We have had zero problems with our phones since we bought them. We have found them to be very fast. There are so many apps it is fun just exploring the store to find new ones both for myself and our grand kids.
My samsing has a fantastic screen very clear compared to others I've had features and aps are easy to get to. The battery life is aldo great.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, large and clear screen., easy to work with.

SD Card / Overall

I love this phone overall. The pictures are wonderful. I like how the video quality is. The sound quality is wonderful. The only problem is the SD card I had in my Galaxy S5 is having problems in my Note 4. It will not save any pictures onto my SD card. It says it does not support my audio file for my music but it did a day prior. I have reset my phone multiple times, i have done a factory reset of it twice, and I have even erased everything on my SD card multiple times and yet it still ends up happening again. The SD card worked in my S5 and works in my tablet. The SD card is a Kingston card. I have just now bought a brand new SD card that is from Samsung and hope that it will work. I personally have always loved Samsung products. Now that I've had this SD card problem and that is what I mostly use on my phone to keep everything on. It's making me rethink my choice in phone. I should of stayed with my S5 if this happens with the Samsung SD card.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, sd card problems

The screen and resolution are amazing, very fluid operation and lots of storage. I love the S-pen the battery life definitely lasts the day with plenty left and Fast Charging is a blessing. Design and perferomance makes this a win win
I have had this phone before and i loved it then like i enjoy it now. This phone does everything that i need it for and then some. I am able to keep in touch with my family anytime. I highly recommend a note 4 to anyone.
