Great features, don't like when the phones freezes up.

Phone gets hot quite a bit and freezes up. Phone is only 3 weeks old and already doing this. Besides that, love the phone n features it has to offer and the pictures it takes.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, freezes up

I love the phone. It's large enough to read and i have had very few problems with it. I wish it cost less.

The Galaxy Note 4 is much improved from my previous phone, the Galaxy Note 2, in many ways. The Note 4 has a better, sharper, beautiful display even in direct sunlight over the Note 2. TouchWiz is smoother on the Note 4 which, in my opinion, allows the device to operate without hesitation from app to app or feature. I absolutely love the Show Pen features that present when the pen is removed. The Action Menu which can convert written notes to contacts, memo reminders, email, website or location look up is incredible.
I would only ask for a S Pen highlight function that links a word highlighted to a dictionary or thesaurus for definition or alternate words.

Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, slim profile for a larger phone., awesome battery life., much improved voice recognition
Cons: wireless charging back cover not included, rear speaker and poor sound quality

It's like a smaller galaxy note tablet. It comes with the stylus and everything. I personally love the s view window! I would die without my cover camera!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, storage space
Cons: gets really hot while charging

Of all the phones in have ever owned this is the best. If everyone tried Samsung galaxy note 4, there would be no iPhone. I will never own another brand.

Give a little, Lose a little

Content with the functions of the Note 3, my salesrep mentioned I was eligible for an upgrade; not knowing I was going to lose my ability to connect to the internet during calls when switching to the Note 4. Why did the new phone take us backwards in multitasking?
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations
