I upgraded from the Note 3 to the Note 4 and glad I did. It's faster and more adaptable from app to app.

This phone is a beast. It will do anything I have tried to do. Games work well on this device. The s pen and the phones functionality has improved greatly over the note 2 I had before this one. I will keep buying Samsung products in the future.

I absolutely love my Note 4. I made the switch from the S5 to the Note 4. The screen size is amazing and the pen is a handy tool to have.

SPen makes phone more user friendly

My favorite part of the galaxy note 4 is the SPen. For a person who has hard time typing the SPen and action memo make the phone easy and user friendly. There are many other features on the phone but by far the SPen is what makes the phone worth it. I do find a few bugs with the phone, for instance it comes with too many apps that I don't use only taking up space. Also it seems to lock up easily even though it has 32gb of memory. All in all I have enjoyed using the galaxy note 4. I'm learning every day something else that it can do. I recommend this product to everyone. Especially if you have a hard time with using your hands.

Cons: too many apps pre-installed, shuts down frequently for no reason

I'm a little disappointed with features and trying to figure my way around features very challenging! I had Sam Gal 3..and this new one presents new difficulties when I want to do or access something immediately.
Battery dies quickly..and disappointed with Color Selections and Covers...
For the cost..I got nothing but phone...no earphones no car charger no cover nothing but Phone.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations
