Still a great phone!

I hung on to my Galaxy S4 for 3 years (that phone was great). I wanted to try a larger screen but didn't want to take the financial plunge on the newest Note. Removeable battery and a micro SD slot are also important to me, so the Note 4 was the right choice. The size is not for everyone (it is large in the hand/pocket). I like the larger size, and the screen resolution and color are outstanding. Mine upgraded to Android 6.0.1 (not sure how much longer they will update it - I'm with AT&T). Recognized a 128GB micro SD card (Spec only commit to recognizing a 64GB). VEry impressed with the Note 4.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable

Good looking

I got this phone about 2 years ago, and the first year it was pretty great. However, the more you use it and the features it has, the slower it gets and the more issues that start to crop up. Having to factory reset in order to have better performance for a device is not ideal at all.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, slow

I absolutely love the Note product. My Note 4 has provided quality in all elements needed for my business; Camera, processing speed, and functionality. All are exceptional.

BATTERY LIFE SUCKS. It constantly over heats and the battery never makes it to 0% sometimes it dies at 32% sometime 15%.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Love the product. Stock battery seems to overheat when charging.Bought replacement battery. Other than that no complaints. Love the fact that I can add sd card and change the battery.
Love the new s pen fearures. Very responsive screen. Overall I wouldn't want anything else. Best smart phone I have ever owned.

I LOVE THIS PHONE!! I had one for 2 and a half years before i upgraded to the S8+. Now i cannot wait to go back.Im not very tech savvy but i was able to do amazing things with the Note 4 adn breezed right through anything i needed/wanted to do.At first,I was bothered by the width of it but by the time i got the 8+,it felt foreign to my hands and I yearned for my Note 4
