When I bought this phone there were connection issues; not getting calls or texts.
Sprint states that the coverage iS fine and there are no reports to indicate that I am having any issues. So it is deduced that the phone might be faulty. A new phone is in hand but the issues continue. I'm at a loss and Sprint will not admit that the coverage is well below par!
I enjoyed the note 2 prior to this phone and had hoped my elation would have been heightened... sadly it has not.

In the past, when I would go to buy something, some would say, "you don't need to buy that, because, you will probably never use all it`s features" and I would settle for less and was sorry I followed that line of thinking. I have learned to buy a product that is feature packed and if I need a certain feature, I already have it. The Galaxy note 4 is no exception. I am so glad I bought this phone because it has all I will ever need. Its a no-brainer.. It is fun to learn and use this phone. I know s-pen is nothing new to those who have had the previous notes, but, note 4 has improved on this and other phones don't have this. Again, it is there if I need it ( I HAVE USED IT AND LOVE IT) I could not imagine buying a phone now without it... OH, multiple apps and windows at same time is great.. Sometimes , when you buy something, you wish you had not. I assure you, that this is not the case with the note 4.. I am proud to carry MY note 4 anywhere!!!!!!!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, takes notes or phone n umbers on the fly

This device is top of the line. I only purchase Samsung electronic devices. At home we have three Samsung smart phones including two Samsung Galaxy Note 4's and one Samsung Galaxy S5. We also own two Samsung tablets as well as a 40" Samsung smart TV and a 50" Samsung smart TV. We could not be happier with the Products Samsung provides. We are always looking to see what new products will be available from Samsung. Truly a great line of electronic equipment at a price that makes us extremely satisfied customers. Thank you and please continue to exceed our expectations in the future !!!

I found my Samsung to be user friendly. The features have come in handy, example the location has help me to know a city I was in and the S-health has helped me to keep more active,
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, the size is perfect for my hands

The Galaxy Note 4 is awesome. It has everything I like in a phone. It has a great screen, its fast, and the sound is awesome. The photos I take with it are alot better than the Galaxy S4 or S5 I previously owned. The only things I miss are the abilities the "Handsfree" Samsung Galaxy app[which allows me to talk to text/answer my phone while driving.
Otherwise............this phone tis awesome sawwwwwce.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: galaxy handsfree mode missing

Just upgraded from my note 3. The lag is terrible on this thing. If I was able I would go back to my note 3
