Hey, Samsung, love your phones and my Note 1, 2, 3, and 4. But if you take away my swappable battery and memory like you have done with the S6, for the sake of vanity, then I will be forced to find another manufacturer to be loyal to. Gorgeous back of a phone?? Who cares! It's covered up with a case anyway because they are too slippery! Don't follow Apple, they will take you in the wrong direction!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, best of everything
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had note 3 in past and i phones before . i love the ease of use and the clarity of screen use of spen the bomb and links great with my wearable android watch . People say the size to big for them but all my friends that have played with my note 4 say its just as comfy in hand and are thinking of changing
The phone looks awesome. The screen is great and the pictures are fantastic. However, the cpu uses above 2 GB on avg and it slows down the phone GREATLY!!! In addition, the back button freezes the device and the menu button that toggles active applications also has a frequent 6 sec lago to exit the window. I was very disappointed, and would love the phone to be much more fluid and easy to use.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smart phones are all pretty smart. Text, call, run apps - those are givens. Where it stands out is with the s pen, expandable memory, and battery access. All in all, The note 4 is just what I need working in a hospital. It's fast and gets good reception even in the depths of the buildings. I really like being able to take notes on it with the s pen, and the micro sad card provides for expandable memory and with memory getting cheaper, there's no reason to ever run out. My phone is always on so I am reachable at all hours, so if the battery starts to fail down the road, I can replace it. Or I can add an auxiliary battery. The memory and battery access are the reasons I went with the note 4. Aesthetically, it's well made and feels substantial. I like the metal details. If I had it to do over again, I would definitely go with this phone again over other options. I even like the phablet size - makes reading on it much easier.
Pros: Inexpensive, micro sad card, battery access
I would recommend this to a friend!

I use almost all the features. The size is great, easy to read. The pen is a great plus. Quick. Doesn't need to be rebooted, like my S3. Camera is very good quality, just wish focus and anti shake worked a little bit better. Speaker should not be in back of phone... And, As always you need to manage apps and move large programs to SD card. Overall, best phone yet!
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, pen, large screen
Cons: poor speaker placement
I would recommend this to a friend!

Software ruined it all

Great device and everything....until Lollipop upgrade came along. Total trash build that ruined the device. Samsung's own KNOX software is a big culprit, but they won't acknowledge that. Upgrade to 5.1.1 will supposedly address, but carrier and Samsung are delaying this rather than fixing...while the public is stuck with totally horrid software. Come on and get the fixes out, rather than advertising new devices.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable
Cons: rotten software
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your email asking me what I think of this product. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH NOTE 4

I have been a fan of Samsung products. My note 2 worked with no problems for over 3 or so years. I was hesitant to try a newer version, not because of another 2 year commitment with Verizon, but because there is always that process of personalizing a phone and moving all your data, etc.
I decided to try the newer technology and I purchase a new note 4, and the problems started immediately, This phone had a major problem downloading my 'MESSAGES" from the cloud and I could not get my contacts, call history, etc. and would FREEZE the phone and restart it. Just as important, it's been a number of issues with the actual phone. Car blue tooth sometimes connecting, other times it did not... more times it did not. It would drop calls and reboot itself. I would find a contact to dial, press the button to make the call and the screen would go back to the contact menu, and no call was activated. i would do this 2 to 3 times. Finally after hours of troubleshooting with Verizon techs, and TWO FACTORY RESENTS they had me do on this new phone, they gave up and said they would send me a REPLACEMENT.
- I receive 1st replacement phone. It too would not download my information from the cloud and the phone would freeze and restart, and again would drop calls and restart itself, it even did its own FACTORY RESENT all by it'self. The connectivity bars would dance from 1 bar to 5 bars all the while I had my OLD NOTE 2 next to showing full bars (side note: i had to take my HOTSPOT phone line and reactive my old Note 2 just to have a phone I could rely on). More dropped calls, a couple more FACTORY RESENTS on this replacement and many many more hours on the phone with Verizon people trying to get his resolve. but no success. They sent me a SECOND REPLACEMENT PHONE. - Now I'm on my THIRD NOTE 4. Information from the cloud is a lost cause. The problems with connectivity continue. Bars do a constant dance of going from 1 bar to 5, all the while I have the OLD NOTE 2 next to it showing FULL BARS. So I'm into my 3rd NOTE 4 right not and it's still a problem. I paid for a new phone, I pay my monthly bill's. I've been a customer with Verizon for over 10 years, and THIS PHONE IS A NIGHTMARE. After so many hours invested into these Note 4, I would like Samsung to contact me of how they can give me something that works. please contact me. At this point, i'm curious if there is a FORUM where other customers are sharing their issues with these products.
Sincerely, Super Dissapointed & I hope somebody really cares enough to read about my experience with Note 4
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: Poor quality
