My only tension is it's battery timings. Upgrade this feature then it will become matchless.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

This has been one of the best phones I had so far the features are great as well as the resolution. It's so easy operate the apps run really smooth too.

phone is great but if fast charge option can get damage

The phone is great and I could recommend to a certain extent, but the problem of this phone is that the fast charge option can fail. I've had replaced my phone 3 times in less than 3 month's due to the same problem. Samsung claims that the fast charge features will charge your phone in less than 2hrs. Which it's true but after a while or a month the option doesn't work anymore. Now the phone takes a whole 12hrs for it to charge.
*****FYI I am using the correct charger and not over charging the phone...!!!! ******(
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Grass was definitely greener on this side

This is my first Samsung smartphone and grass was definitely greener on this side. Design, specifications, and features are simply superior.
The camera was my decision maker. I love quality pictures of my family. I have a 7 years old princess who loves lots of pictures of her mom and dad together enjoying trips, beaches and parks.
At work, the phone is my primary tool. Emails, meetings, conferences and field inspections are my daily duties. Last week I was able to capture with the phone camera the pin hole of a piping and share it with my colleages. With other phones you need to circle around the pin hole area, with my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 I was able to capture the pinhole itself!

Best phablet in the market BUT...

I just upgraded to the Note 4. It is wonderful. I use it for everything from banking to scheduling to writing and printing, BUT...
When the recent upgrade to lollipop 5.0.1 finished installing on my new phone I lost any availability of my external sd card. I KNOW SAMSUNG, GOOGLE AND VERIZON ARE AWARE OF THIS GLITCH. Storage in settings sees the external sd card and correctly reports the used and available space but every file manager I use reports "No Files" or "No Folder" etc. and I have 40gb of music, years of Scientific American journals for research, desperately needed access to my saved documents etc..
WHERE'S THE FIX. IT'S NOT THE NOTE 4. My external sd card reads, writes and saves and delete functions are just fine when plugged into my laptop sd card reader. I need this info immediately since I only use the laptop for rare emergencies.
PLEASE RELEASE A FIX FOR THIS AND GIVE US BACK READ, WRITE, SAVE AND DELETE FUNCTIONS FOR EXTERNAL SD CARD IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE.
When fixed I will give overall rating 5+ stars.

simple too use

I love the pen, how it allows you to write and then transfer that into a variety of commands, such as contacts, action memo, etc. At first I was hesitant about the size, but I purchased a wallet holder and it now allows me to keep everything I one place, all I need now is a keyless car and house!
