Every since I brought the phone I have had problems my 1st one my volume button didn't work and now I can't get serving on this one I have now. I have two of them on the same plan and one is perfect but the other one is always giving me trouble it's a great phone tho I'm just having trouble with one of my note 4. But know if I wasn't having so much trouble with it I would of rated it all 5 stars across the board

This was an upgrade for my from a Galaxy S3 to the Note4. I have read that some people were upset about the non metalic case and the lack of gorilla glass, I however do not find this a draw back at all. I usually have an outer case on the phone so the lack of a metal case doesn't even phase me and I usually have a protective shield on the glass, which I have on my phone.
The OS is good I only miss a few things. The lack of hands free or the driving mode is bothersome for me as I had used that constantly on my S3. Additionally I prefer the previous Samsung calendar to this as I can't seem to link an S note to the day of the calendar. I also like the feel of the earlier calendar. That being said I find any other features that are missing.
the speed of the processor is fantastic. The overall size takes a bit of getting used to.
I did not want to go to the S6 as I did want to have access to the battery and any additional SD chip I might want to add.
Great phone and I'm very happy with it.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: some missing features

I was an iPhone users. Then I got awaken from the matrix. Liberate yourself with a galaxy product. I have yet to come up with a complaint. The powers I have gained from my note are great. This whole review was quickly swiped using my Spen. Change your life today!

This phone is amazing. It amazes me that I can do everything with it. The quality and function of this phone blows my mind and I am super happy that I choose this phone over an I phone. It's the best thing ever! I thought the size maybe a problem but it's not. I love the screen and it's perfect I can actually see what I am watching on YouTube or Netflix compared to any android. I love love love this phone and I am now a Samsung person for life. I won't buy anything unless it is samsung!

I have had this for about a month now and love the phone! My only complaint would be the battery, however for how big the screen is the battery lasts long enough. I can play any games with ease and no lag. I am able to do my work email and even VPN into my work systems to do minor things. This phone can handle anything I throw at it. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has to use their phone for work or media.

Coming off a windows phone, I found this to be the easiest to learn on. Has amazing features such as the camera and bright right sized screen for all my viewing pleasure. Also the stylus feature is great for notes.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Too big
