Another quality Samsung product that exceeds my every expectation. This phone does things way beyond my needs. I originally purchased it because of it's larger size.....I upgraded from a smaller Samsung phone. I really wish I had stayed with a smaller unit, just for the ability to carry it in my pocket easier. Over the years, Samsung has become my 'go to ' choice for appliances and electronics. I own the following Samsung products: washer, dryer, printers, phones , tablets, tv's, microwave, range, dishwasher, refrigerators and I'm sure some other items I just can't remember right now. NEVER a problem. ALWAYS highest quality and user friendly. I HIGHLY recommend ANYTHING that has the name SAMSUNG on it.

The Samsung Galaxy note 4 is a powerful tool to help me keep my business running. I would be having a hard time without the s pen features. I love Samsung products.

Love the note series

I have purchased the galaxy note series now since the note 2. I love the size and the convenience of having a phone/tablet all in one. I hardly use my desktop now as the Samsung Galaxy note 4 is so much more convenient and does more than my desktop. The snote app is excellent and I find it very useful in keeping my important information/notes handy at all times. Can't wait to get the new note 7 when it becomes available. After you own a galaxy note you will never want any other phone. Love it!

Great phone!
My only issues are the battery and little silver strip that goes around the phone. The silver strip stratches way to easy. I had my phone in a case from day or still managed to get scratched. The battery doesn't last long and the charge is always unpredictable. It'll tell me I have 15% then just die. Other then that I love the phone

I love the bright display, vivid colors, and how well it stands up to wear and tear, It has amazing speakers
I don't like the pre-installed apps. Too many and you can't delete them.
I invested in a Note 4 for the bigger size because I needed it for my failing vision. I previously had an S3 and I loved it. I don't use the S Pen much butmy husband swears by it. Having an SD Micro was a life saver when I started having problems so I could back up all my data. Sprint service was great, I received a refurbished Note 4 and it is working great. I love my Android phone and all of the capabilities.
S Health is great at getting me moving.

Amazing Product

I have stuck with Samsung Galaxy phones since I can remember and this phone is by far one of the best. The display is simply amazing and bright. The features are unstoppable and unbeatable and I wouldn't trade this phone in for anything. I was even due for an upgrade and I just could not move myself to change phones. Worth it!

Note 4: An excellent device marred by inefficient software and bloat

I've had my Note 4 for over a year now. I love the device. The design is good, the stylus is awesome, the hardware is good, the camera is awesome, the fingerprint sensor is so convenient and quite a few more features that are just super.
I also have to mention the build quality is just something worth mentioning. I have dropped this phone on its corner on asphalt, concrete and tile. Other than the scratches on the frame the phone has had no problems at all. I am surprised. Every time this phone slips out of my hand due to my occasional lack of motor skills, I wince as it makes its way to a jarring smack with the floor. I pick the phone back up with bated breath and my eyes widen with disbelief. I say to myself, 'I am sure this phone should have cracked open with this drop'. My 1 year old son has also gone to town with the Note 4. Scraping it across tile, putting it in his mouth when I am not looking and even chewing on it. With all this abuse, the Note 4 seems fine and happy. Kudos Samsung!
BUT. Ohhh yes! a big but indeed...
I have to ask Samsung one question. Why does Samsung bring down such an awesome device with bloatware and jittery Touchwiz? When you have created a product so very capable, why spoil it with mediocre software and all of these third party apps?
I have already done two factory resets. Both the resets happened after my phone just got unbearably slow. No amount of power cycles, clearing cache and disabling apps helped to speed it up. The moment a factory reset is done, the true nature of the phone is realized.
I am disappointed. I wish that Samsung would get their act together on the software side. They need to just sit down and start coding smooth software for their simply awesome devices. If they cant do it, then please just put stock Android in there and I will be one happy customer.
Thank you Samsung for the awesome Note 4 but No thank you for the bloat and poor software.
