The best phones in my life have been my Samsung phones, dating back to my Messenger. When I started my contract with a new carrier, I started out with an S3, and enjoyed it until it could take no more multi-tasking, no more updates. My boyfriend had a Note II, and I followed the release of the Note III and the updates done to the platform. Decided to wait a little longer for the Note 4. The day I picked it up, all my files were transferred to it and it immediately felt like (a bigger) home. The search function was different than what I was used to, so initially, the button to the far left kept tricking me, but I quickly realized that it gave me access to easily move between app to app that I was using. I started dabbling in the multi-function/split screen feature, then started minimizing apps, and learned how to run YouTube streaming videos, text, use facebook messenger and Google Hangouts, switching from bubble to bubble... and was completely amazed that I was multi-tasking the way you do on a computer, but on my phone! I've never rooted and rommed any of my phones, so I have always felt a bit confined in terms of features and functions, as well as the level of customization available.. but that's not the case here. The automatic light adjustment is great and works very quickly. The camera takes some of the most detailed images I have ever taken, especially while HDR is on, and video quality at a concert venue actually sounds like it does in person! I've begun using the S Health app to track my physical activity, and love the phone's ability to differentiate when I'm walking vs running and between actual steps and when the phone is shaken. The shortcuts from the S Pen are great. I love the action memo and the ability to minimize it and have it sit as a sticky note that moves from page to page... small enough to not get in your way, but still there enough to REMIND you that you have it there for a reason. The only negative things I can say about the phone is it is a bit big (but it's still no Samsung Mega), the speaker is in a silly location, and many cases for the phone do not allow for the heartbeat sensor to be used efficiently... and even with a heavy duty case and additional tempered glass over my screen... from a 3ft drop off a counter, my phone fell on its back and the screen cracked from the inside out... my insurance covered it and I had my replacement in less than a week. I love and enjoy this phone more than most devices I have ever had in my life. I have recommended it to everyone on the market for a new phone, and will enthusiastically continue to do so.
I used to have the Galaxy S4 and I loved it. I decided to upgrade to the Note and I was the best decision I've ever made!!! I love the camera quality and the sound is to die for!!!
I had the note 3 and loved it then I upgraded to the note 4 and I absolutely love the phone its a great blend of features my girlfriend has the note 4 as well and she has no complaints about it loves the bug screen and how fast it processes everything
I love my Note 4! Went from galaxy S3 to Note 3, and loved it. So as soon as the Note 4 came out, I knew I had to have it. Good decision on my part. Keep it up Samsung.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color
I would recommend this to a friend!

The wife and I love our Notes by far the best phones we've owned.
