One Complaint So Far

My only complaint, so far, is the leg design. Instead of having one centered leg, the legs are on the outer edges of the TV. This makes it very hard to find an entertainment center.

The screen is so clear and you can see every detail when watching your favorite show. The remote is not complicated...so simple and easy.

LG 55" LED TV

This 1080p tv comes in great. Nice, clear and vibrant picture. Nice looking flat screen tv. Would prefer a pedestal base instead of the legs on each side because it would look better and would have had more options for a tv stand. Could use a much smaller stand with a pedestal. However, the legs still make a sturdy base for the tv. Volume is good as well as response time in turning tv on and off. Overall, a very nice tv.

Great picture

Got a great deal on this flat screen! Has a very sleek look! I would be wary though, be sure that the TV can fit on your stand. The bases are wider than most TVs.

The picture is great even on fast hockey viewing. Color crisp, sound is good,& easy to change options to your own liking. Husband had NO problems hooking it up and getting turned on, probably 30 minutes or less. We have set the sound to come through our stereo speakers. Have used the USB port for watching stuff from our laptop. WOWZA!

Great features, especially for the price

I wanted a large TV for a family room and was considering this one or a larger, more expensive one. Obviously, the more expensive TV would have had more features, but I didn't need those. My real concern was that the picture would not be clear on this one but decided to give it a try. I am very pleased with my purchase. The clarity is better than I expected, and everyone who has seen it comments about how great it is...I have not noticed any unreasonable motion blur...how little I paid is my secret! If you're looking for a $3,000 picture, this may not be the TV for you, but for movies, I've found it a perfect fit. Not sure I like the legs because it's harder to find a TV stand that it fits on...but time will tell.
It was very easy (plug and play) to connect to a smart blu-ray and surround sound system. Do note that most flat screen TVs do not have wonderful sound and would benefit from regular speakers.

We absolutely love this tv. It has amazing clarity and is a major improvement from our previous tv. I love the sleek look of the tv. This is our first LG product and I am glad we chose to get the product. It is easy to use and we get many compliments on the clarity of the screen. We are truly able to enjoy the HD channels on our tv now.

This is the second LG television that we have purchased, and feel that it is a great value. We have three flat screens in the house, and feel that the LG's have great picture quality, and better sound quality than the other TV.
