I had GE Ref. product before and I like it, this is my 2nd one and had it for les than a month.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this fridge and have only used it for a week and so far it's great. Once plugged in, it cooled pretty fast within 12-24 hours and it made ice in ice cube trays quickly. For the space I have to put it in, this fridge looks and fits really well. It doesn't make too much noise when it's running either, and when it does run it doesn't run for real long, which probably means the coolness is staying in the fridge and its running efficiently. Overall, this was a good purchase and I'm happy with it. I don't think I could have gotten something better that would have fit the space.

Good for the money

This is a good small sized refrigerator/freezer. I was limited by space in my new kitchen so I did not get all the options that would have made me more happy. Seems to run alot more than my older refrigerator, but everything seems to stay cold.

I purchased the refrigerator because GE's reputation and my previous refrigerator was no longer working. My landlord insisted on just repairing just to repair again and again. I am extremely satisfied with this product. Looks wonderful in my kitchen.
