I purchased this about a year ago and it is too loud. The exterior light went off and it is not working. Any product that can not last 5 years without any problems should not be sold. It is not the fact that it has a warrantee but I do not need to be on the phone to report a problem I do not recommend this product

Received as a gift for my new home and I couldn't be happier with it! It is great for a small kitchen and has great features such as glass shelves.

Our new refrigerators do make different types of sounds which can be considered normal. A boiling, gurgling, or knocking sound can be heard when the unit is running. This is caused by the circulation of refrigerant. We appreciate your feedback and will share your comments with our product team.

Worse than the same model from 2010

We bought the same model we already had, but this one was stainless steel. We thought it would be quieter. Turns out this one is even louder than the one that was 10 years old. In addition, it made popcorn noises when it started cooling down. It is absolutely the worst refrigerator I’ve ever had in my entire life. Stay away from this model.

Apparently not really frost free. Freezer fan really really loud, icing up.

Outstanding Fridge for the Price

The capacity rating says something like 15.4 cubic feet, but it seems to have much more space than that. The crisper drawers are spacious, the "cold cuts" drawer is nice, the freezer does a great job and the overall size works in the space that we have. In my mind, since it is from GE at a great price, I give this refrigerator 5 stars . . .
I would recommend this to a friend!
