Freezer issues.

This is our second refrigerator since June. We had issues with the freezer section and after 4 visits by a technician the issue wasn't resolved. So GE gave us a new one. We have now had it for only 2 weeks and the freezer seems to have some minor issues. We are going to wait a little longer and see if they resolve themselves.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great refrigerator for the cost!

I am generally happy with this refrigerator. The cost was quite reasonable--unless some of the other models that were literally the price of a 1970 Pinto--if anyone remembers the Pinto. I bought this refrigerator to match my silver appliances. Each time I make a novel purchase (i.e., color in this case) I learn something. The silver finish is hard to keep unblemished. Every fingerprint shows up! I would rate the overall product as 5 stars but reduced the rating just because the finish is hard to keep clean.

Nice Look and Feel

We've just received but it has a nice stainless look & feel, nice stainless handles. It is significantly bigger than our 15.5 cubic fridge. I like the height with the narrow 28" build. I like that the shelves/drawers are clear and have the humidity settings. Looking forward to filling it!

I bought this fridge because of its lack of features. I only need things to stay cold and this fridge does a great job at that. It also doesn't hurt the fridge looks really nice.

Does its job but is very noisy

This refrigerator works as it should but is very loud when the compressor runs - which is a lot. I like the thick doors, but the door shelves overlap and take up space on the regular shelves when the door is closed, so items get pushed back (which sometimes causes problems if the items can't squeeze or compress). The cheese drawer operation is fairly crude. It doesn't pull in and out smoothly. We chose this refrigerator due to space constraints, not by choice. It works, and perhaps it is a good value for the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
